Sometimes there is no excuse, other times I can blame it on a lack of knowledge of idiomatic expressions in English, or just on bad pronunciation on Dylan&#8217;s part. But in a large number of cases the mistake is not mine: the error comes from Dylan himself, or at least from whoever has revised (or, as some would say: corrupted) the official, copyrighted lyrics, to be found, e.g., on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bobdylan.com\">bobdylan.com<\/a>.<br \/>\nFor a while, I made a habit of copying the lyrics from there when they were available, both because it was convenient, and because it was &#8220;right&#8221;. But eventually, I decided it was more useful to make new transcriptions from scratch.<br \/>\nThis has resulted in a number of files with &#8220;wrong&#8221; lyrics.
